Copenhagen International Brain Congress: “Goodbye Parkinson’s, Hello Life!”
A wonderful international conference was held in Copenhagen from 22 to 24 February 2020. Alex Kerten, author of the book “Goodbye Parkinson’s, Hello Life” opened the conference at the ancient and very elegant seat of the Danish Parliament. The conference was immediately characterized by the high creativity index and the good mood rate and highly infectious positivity!!!!
Science, professionalism, studies, years of practice and dedication to the various disciplines, to their work, to research, have been expertly shared with the participants in the conference, who immediately felt they were the real protagonists of the conference himself, like the speakers who spoke.
Frank Sinatra, Charlie Chaplin, Barbra Streisand, supported Alex Kerten in infecting the audience with smiles, body language, empathy underlining the concrete importance of MREE: Life is Movement, Rhythm, Expression and Energy!
Numerous speakers who spoke during the conference:
Elisabeth Ildal, Henrik Dahl, Mirko Lorenz, Charlotte Maria, Matt Eagles, Denniz Kirik, Morten Meyer, Francesca De Bartolomeis, Andy Butler, Rikke Jakobsen, Gaynor Edwards, Vicki Dillon, Bo Hamburger, Martin Monrad, Mette Bloch.
A dense program, important interventions, all connected by a common thread: “GoodBye Parkinson’s, Hello Life!”. Alex Kerten explained with extreme clarity and simplicity the complexity of the human brain, the physiology of Parkinson’s related habits and showed some apparently simple strategies, certainly of immediate and concrete response, which, if practiced constantly and on a daily basis, can help to solve various problems.
But something even more amazing happened in this conference: it allowed each of the participants to renew their vital energy, dress them with authentic smiles, inebriate them with creativity and positivity, feel them in every part of their body, express them with it, with the body language by listening to your own rhythm. And all together we shared each other’s vital energy, empowering each other and playing together a music that still vibrates in our hearts!
