PARKINSON NO LIMITS Transparency

Asociación Fuertevida Parkinson No Limits, with Tax Identification Number (CIF) G76335587, is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation working to achieve social and cultural progress in the Canary Islands.

The organisation’s objectives are as follows:

To address the basic psychological, social, educational, physical, economic and cultural needs of the following groups: people with disabilities, migrants, older people, caregivers, children and young people, families, people experiencing social exclusion or social vulnerability, and women.
To promote the social, psychological and physical well-being of people with disabilities, with particular emphasis on those living with Parkinson’s disease and their families.
To promote all kinds of actions and initiatives aimed at young people to raise awareness of disability and encourage inclusion in our society.
To promote cultural initiatives that foster knowledge, awareness and inclusion of people with disabilities.
To promote social inclusion processes for people experiencing social exclusion and/or social vulnerability.
To actively and directly encourage voluntary participation by individuals and legal entities.

The Spanish Government has approved the Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance Act (Law 19/2013 of 9 December), which applies to various organisations, including non-profit entities.

In compliance with this law, as well as Law 12/2014 of 26 December on Transparency and Access to Public Information in the Canary Islands, and in accordance with our nature, mission and values, we are committed to society and, above all, to the people we serve and support. Plena Inclusión Canarias publishes all information relating to the transparency of its activities and financial accounts in this section of the website.

Board Members and Management

This section does not apply to Asociación Fuertevida Parkinson No Limits, with Tax Identification Number (CIF) G76335587, as members of the Board of Directors receive no remuneration for their positions.

Services and Procedures

According to Article 10 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, which specifies the types of organisations subject to its requirements, our organisation, being a non-profit entity, is not included among those required to comply with this obligation.

Year 2023

In accordance with Organic Law 1/2002 of March, regulating the Right of Association, Law 4/2003 of 28 February on Associations in the Canary Islands, and Decree 12/2007 of 5 February, approving the Regulations on Associations in the Canary Islands, the deadline for submitting all economic and financial documentation is 1 June of the current year. For this reason, our organisation is currently preparing the relevant documents and does not yet have a final version.

Consequently, as of the latest update of this portal, the aforementioned documentation is not yet available.

Information on Contracts

Asociación Fuertevida Parkinson No Limits, with Tax Identification Number (CIF) G76335587, did not enter into any contracts during 2022 or 2023. Therefore, no information is available regarding the following matters:
