Francesca De Bartolomeis is a multidisciplinary professional with over 20 years of experience in the socio-health sector, psychomotor therapy, and the management of social, therapeutic, and care projects. Specialized in the comprehensive approach to Parkinson’s disease and complementary therapies, she combines a solid strategic organizational vision (Project Management) with exceptional human sensitivity in the physical and emotional support of adults and the elderly.
Leadership and Role at FuerteVida Parkinson No Limits
Since 2019, Francesca has played a central leadership role at the FuerteVida Parkinson No Limits association (Fuerteventura):
General and Consultant Coordination: directs, supervises, and harmonizes the work of the interdisciplinary team of professionals and consultants.
Project and Event Management: designs, coordinates, and executes socio-educational and therapeutic projects, as well as international cultural and solidarity awareness events.
Psychomotor Therapist: leads psychomotor therapy sessions for adults, integrating advanced bodily techniques aimed at improving mobility, expression, and people’s quality of life.

Trained at the prestigious LAISPSIM school in Milan, her graduation thesis (“Parkinson and Complementary Therapies”, 100/100) laid the foundation for a highly specialized approach that integrates:

Italian Parkinson Association (AIP): psychomotor therapist and regular speaker at its national congresses since 2014.
International Conferences: speaker and participant in key gatherings such as the World Parkinson Congresses (Portland 2016, Kyoto 2019, Barcelona 2023, Phoenix 2026) and the Copenhagen International Brain Congress (2020).
Research: co-author of studies on participatory medicine and clothing challenges in Parkinson’s presented at the LIMPE-DISMOV Congress (Milan, 2024), and the World Parkinson Congress (WPC 2023 and WPC 2026).
