Parkinson No Limits Transparency

The Fuertevida Parkinson No Limits Association, with tax identification number G76335587, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to achieve social and cultural progress in the Canary Islands.

The organization’s aims are as follows:

To address the basic psychological, social, educational, physical, economic, and cultural needs of the following groups: people with disabilities, migrants, older adults, caregivers, minors, families, people in situations of social exclusion/vulnerability, and women.
To promote the social, psychological, and physical well-being of people with disabilities, with special emphasis on those with Parkinson’s disease and their families.
To promote all types of actions and initiatives aimed at young people to raise awareness and integrate disability into our society.
To promote cultural initiatives for the understanding, awareness, and integration of disability.
To promote processes of social inclusion for people in situations of social exclusion and/or vulnerability.
To actively and directly encourage the voluntary participation of individuals and organizations.

The Spanish government has approved the Law on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance (Law 19/2013 of December 9) which affects various organizations, including non-profit entities.

Services and Procedures

According to Article 10 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, which specifies the types of entities subject to this obligation, our entity, being a non-profit, is not included therein and therefore is not subject to this obligation.

Year 2023

In accordance with Organic Law 1/2002 of March, regulating the Right of Association, Law 4/2003 of February 28, on Associations of the Canary Islands, and Decree 12/2007 of February 5, which approves the Regulations for Associations of the Canary Islands, the deadline for registering all “Economic and Financial” documentation ends on June 1 of this year. Therefore, our organization is currently working on this documentation and does not yet have a final version.

Consequently, as of the last update date of this portal, the indicated documentation is not available.

Information on contracts

The entity Asociación Fuertevida Parkinson No Limits, with tax identification number G76335587, did not enter into any type of contract during 2022 and 2023. Therefore, there is no information regarding the following points.
