Having worked closely with the realities of Parkinson’s disease for years, she conducts international research to delve into the psychological and emotional distress experienced by patients and their families, implementing online and outdoor protocols aimed at improving quality of life and well-being.
She has developed the ‘Soft Pilates’ method for Parkinson’s, where Pilates principles are adapted to meet the needs of the disease through functional, progressive, and inclusive exercise.
