
A cycle of meetings for people over 65 years old, their families and friends who care about their psychophysical wellbeing, wish to take care of themselves and meet new people.
Thanks to the support of the Government of the Canary Islands, the association offers group activities for psychophysical wellbeing, socialization and inclusion.

Who will lead the sessions?
All professionals involved are specialized in their disciplines and are part of our transdisciplinary team with a holistic approach. Professionalism, many years of experience, passion for their work, love for Fuerteventura and its unique nature, and deep humanity and empathy are some of the qualities of our team.
Teamwork allows participants to experience different activities, all connected through a personalized project for each participant and a shared group journey, always supporting each person’s health potential regardless of their physical, emotional or psychological condition.
All activities are and will be adapted to each participant, their possible fatigue, needs and potential, ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience.
The project is coordinated and supervised by:
Francesca De Bartolomeis, psychomotricist and expert in Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions, creator of the Parkinson No Limits Method. Movement, dance, music, art, theatre, ayurveda and bioenergetics are some of the tools she uses.
Silvia Della Morte, psychotherapist and expert in Parkinson’s and helping relationships.
Nicola Modugno, neurologist specialized in movement disorders and rehabilitation therapies, both classical and complementary.

Meetings will take place in person at different locations depending on the type of activity.
Sessions, which are held outdoors, may be subject to changes depending on weather conditions. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
