
Francesca, Dori and nature will accompany you on a wonderful experience: a creative, regenerative, relaxing, and fun journey!
In a place where the person is completely surrounded by nature, leaving behind the fast pace and noise of the city, Francesca and Dori will offer participants a therapeutic and well-being laboratory.
Through creativity, drawing, dance, movement, and music, brain neuroplasticity will be stimulated, resulting in the following benefits:
- Promotes and supports socialization;
- stimulates cognitive and motor aspects: memory, graphic representation, spatial-temporal orientation, executive skills, mathematical skills, attention, hand coordination, fine motor skills, vision, gesture precision, writing
- helps manage and reduce anxiety states, performance anxiety, and stress
- improves personal autonomy
- enhances and helps discover latent, damaged, or new abilities that support daily life, promoting self-affirmation, self-determination, and psychophysical autonomy
- increases self-confidence
WHO IS IT FOR?
People of any age , residing in Fuerteventura, who face the following situations:
- Parkinson’s and their families
- ALS, Multiple Sclerosis, Paresis, Alzheimer’s, and other neurological conditions, and their families
- Visual and Hearing Disabilities
- Down Syndrome, Autism, and their families
- Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Cognitive Delay, Attention Disorders, Pervasive Developmental Disorders with motor impairment, and their families.
When?
One session per week lasting one and a half hours, in person and/or online (for those who cannot attend due to unresolved or serious reasons).
The sessions will take place from October until the end of December 2023.
October dates are:
- Wednesday 11th from 10:00 to 11:30
- Wednesday 18th from 10:00 to 11:30
- Wednesday 25th from 10:00 to 11:30
November dates are:
- Wednesday 1st from 10:00 to 11:30
- Wednesday 8th from 10:00 to 11:30

- Wednesday 6th from 10:00 to 11:30

Where?
In person at the Nature Classroom in Tetir in Fuerteventura.
Online for those who cannot attend due to unresolved or serious reasons.
Facilitators:
- Francesca De Bartolomeis, Psychomotricist specialized in Parkinson’s and other psychophysical and neurological conditions, creator of the Parkinson No Limits Method. Movement, dance, music, art, and bioenergetics are some of the tools she uses.
- Dori Alessio , an art expert and creator of the Itrazos Method. Stimulating cognitive abilities through drawings and graphic signs created with the non-dominant hand is one of the techniques she uses.
Supervision:
- Nicola Modugno, Neurologist specialized in movement disorders and both classical and complementary rehabilitation therapies
