Playitas Resort, one of Europe\u2019s leading sports complexes, will welcome us with its stunning location, bright accommodations, beach, sports facilities, and conference spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elizabeth Dennett from Brain Waves will share her experience of ocean canoeing from Lanzarote to Cape Verde, while Kevin Poole will speak about how he prepared and supported Elizabeth from a physical, mental, and nutritional perspective, as well as his professional experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Workshops in Psychomotricity, Qi Gong, and Dance will also be offered.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img
