themselves;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a space and time where they feel welcomed and not judged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a moment of empathetic and sensitive listening and sharing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time to relax and recharge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time to ask questions to others in similar situations and to professionals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Francesca De Bartolomeis<\/strong>, psychomotricist and daughter of a person with Parkinson\u2019s, <strong>Silvia Della Morte<\/strong>, psychotherapist and wife of a person with Parkinson\u2019s, and <strong>Veronica Avossa<\/strong>, art therapist, will welcome you into this experience with professionalism, real-life experience and sensitivity.<br>\nThe neurologist <strong>Nicola Modugno<\/strong> will attend some of these meetings to share his professional and human experience and answer your questions.<br>\nDuring the meetings, topics and needs emerging from the group will be addressed, ensuring a highly personalized approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, there will be both online and in-person meetings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>meditation and relaxation sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>specific exercises to meet the group\u2019s needs:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reduce stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recognize and manage emotions (anxiety, anger, fear, love\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>improve communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>learning simple, practical and effective techniques to face daily life and its challenges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sharing moments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Q&amp;A sessions with the psychomotricist, psychotherapist and neurologist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is it for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>People of any age who live alongside a family member with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parkinson\u2019s disease<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>multiple sclerosis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chronic and\/or degenerative neurological diseases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>physical, cognitive and\/or psychiatric functional impairments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>genetic conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dependency situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
