The answer lies in \u201cNature for Everyone\u201d, the flagship initiative of Parkinson No Limits that aims to demonstrate that well-being has no limits and that the natural environment is the best ally for health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More than a Diagnosis: You are a PERSON<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The motto that guides this project is clear: \u201cYou are a PERSON, not a patient\u201d. Often, people living with Parkinson\u2019s or other conditions are defined by their symptoms. This program breaks that label, restoring protagonism to the individual and surrounding them with a vibrant, stimulating, and possibility-filled environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Real Inclusion Without Labels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Born in 2023, this project is not exclusive to people with Parkinson\u2019s. It is a universal space for coexistence designed for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>People with functional diversity and neurological conditions (Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Older adults who seek to remain active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Migrants in the process of integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Families who want to share enriching experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Socialization, together with nature, is the fundamental pillar to strengthen the immune system and boost mood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Range of Regenerative Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuerteventura becomes an open-air therapeutic gym. The program offers unique experiences adapted to each need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Water Sports and Sea Excursions:<\/strong> To connect with the vastness of the ocean and work on balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beach for Everyone:<\/strong> Guaranteed access to enjoying the coastline without physical barriers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Therapeutic Surf and SUP:<\/strong> Physical challenges that promote neuroplasticity in a playful way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cognitive Stimulation Workshops:<\/strong> Activities using natural elements, from healthy cooking to the use of essential oils and therapeutic gardens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Physical Well-being:<\/strong> Adapted boxing sessions, dance, swimming, and psychomotor skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Nature?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Breathing pure air, feeling the iodine of the Atlantic, and receiving vitamin D from the sun is not just leisure; it is health. For someone with Parkinson\u2019s, and for anyone, these stimuli help drastically reduce stress, improve mobility, and most importantly, combat social isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Join the Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The activities take place in small groups at different locations across Fuerteventura.
