Specialization and PhD No (PhD) at the Department of Neurology of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (Prof Alfredo Berardelli) and HMBU Human Balance and Movement Unit, Prof J C Rothwell, Queen Square, London. Specialization thesis (70/70 with honors): “Study of the short-term effects of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) on the excitability of the human motor cortex”, object of three subsequent publications in Clinical Neurophysiology and Experimental Brain Research.

President of the Italian Parkin-Zone association and member of the Limpe board of directors.

The passion for the sea and nature, the experience gained in the field of rehabilitation activities for people with Parkinson's carried out in nature, makes him a neurologist who knows how to carry out his profession by empathizing with people and supporting them in activities that stimulate their own health potential in them.

Creator of Sail4Parkinson, a rehabilitation and recreational activity for people with Parkinson's and of numerous other projects in Italy, he begins his collaboration with Parkinson No Limits on the occasion of a European project started here in Fuerteventura which features two pioneering and innovative activities in the approach to Parkinson: surfing (created by our association, Fuerte es la Vida Parkinson No Limits) and Sail (created by Nicola Modugno and the ParkinZone association).
